Can't find the answers to your questions?

There are two options available:

1. You can pay in full through various accepted payment methods. This option is usually at a discounted rate.
2. You can pay in installments with a small down payment at 0% interest.

We have tried our best to make the process as easy as possible, with contracts that are easy to understand. A real estate agent or attorney is not required in the process but if you are more comfortable with a hired professional, we encourage you to do what you feel is necessary.

There is no application process and no credit check required. Financing is available for anyone and everyone.

If zoning allows for you to build on the land, you can only build on the land once paid in full. If the land has not been paid in full, you will need to get authorization from us before you can start. 

Once full payment is received, a warranty deed will be issued for the county to record. The processing times vary county to county, and usually takes 2-4 weeks. The county will mail you a copy of the original recorded deed for your records.
